New Opportunity!

Thank you lord! I've been given a great opportunity to show case my talent and hopefully it will branch out to owning my own business!

Movin' on up!

I got some amazing news this morning, I might be starting my cake business sooner than I could've hoped for! OH please Lord help me to get this opportunity and run with it! Please pray for me everyone! More details when i know wether or not i've been blessed by this!

Preschool cup-cake! (preview of upcoming cakes)

May 19th-just finish 4 dozen cupcakes for the preschoolers at clarkdale elementary school. Hope all the kids enjoy them! All edible gumpaste stars, some stars are covered in silver dragees. Buttercream icing. These cakes gave me alot of trouble, I was unsure of the actual layout of the cakes until I had all the decorations on then I relaxed some! :)

May 29th-Three tiered Wedding Cake- Chocolate, with red gumpaste roses and hand piping on the sides.

June 11th-Birthday Cake-with summer pattern, marshmellow fondant, and carrot cake.

June 12th-Currence Wedding Cake-Green and white pattern unsure of actual design of cake

Hi, this is my blog about my small but growing future cake business. I hope to not only chronicle my past current and future projects, but to also shove some organization into my life some how through blogging. I find it interesting to have a blog for cakes when not too long ago i swore off cakes and blogging both. but my passion for my fledgling business did not go away and the obvious usefulness of a blog to connect with costumer or reconnect for more business could not be ignored. So i sit here four cakes past and one new blog started with a new hope for where my life will be in ten years and the means to track all the progress i will make toward my dreams.
